Intermittent fasting timer

New fast

Not medical advice. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder or take medication, talk to a health professional first.

History

Your finished fasts will appear here.

Pick 16:8 or another window, start now or from your last meal: the page counts down to the end of the fast, then of the eating window.

Choose the fast length (16:8, 14:10, 18:6 or your own), then start now or from the time of your last meal. The page counts down to the end of the fast, then to the end of the eating window. The history stays on this device.

Frequently asked questions

How does the timer work?

It starts from the time the fast began and its length: it shows the time left and the end time, then the eating window up to 24 hours.

What if I have already started?

Enter the time of your last meal: the fast starts from that time, today, or yesterday if that time has not come yet.

What does 16:8 mean?

Sixteen hours of fasting, then an eight-hour window for meals, over 24 hours. 14:10, 18:6 and 20:4 work the same way.

Is intermittent fasting right for everyone?

No. The page gives no health advice: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder or take medication, ask a health professional.

Are my fasts sent anywhere?

No: the current fast and the history stay in this device’s browser.
