Chess and game clock
Time control
A clock for 2 to 8 players: a tap anywhere ends the move, Fischer increment or delay, facing dials. Free, no account.
Choose the time control and the number of players, then put the tablet or phone between you: a tap anywhere on the screen ends your move and starts the next player’s time. With two players, the dials face each other. Increment after each move (Fischer) or delay.
Frequently asked questions
How do I use the clock?
Choose a time control, then press “Start”: the first player’s time runs. Each tap on the screen (or Space) ends the active player’s move and moves on to the next.
What is the difference between increment and delay?
With increment (Fischer), seconds are added to a player’s time after each of their moves. With delay, the time only starts running after a few seconds each turn.
Can more than two people play?
Yes, up to eight players: each has their own dial, and the turn passes from one player to the next, as around a board game table.
