List the speakers and their speaking time, then press Start. The colour can be read from the stage: in time, almost over, overtime. Move to the next speaker in one click, or let it happen automatically.

Frequently asked questions

What do the colours mean?

Green: on time. Amber: the alert you chose has been reached (one minute left by default). Red: the speaking time is over, and the overtime is counted.

What happens when a speaker runs over?

The overtime is counted in red until you move to the next speaker. With “Move to the next speaker automatically”, the next one starts as soon as the time is up.

How can the speaker see the timer?

Put the screen facing the stage and press “Full screen” (or F): the name, the time and the colour fill the screen. The keyboard arrows move between speakers.
