Press “Add alarm” to ring at 6:30 AM. To wake up at the end of a sleep cycle, go to bed around 9:15 PM, 10:45 PM, or 12:15 AM.
A sleep cycle lasts about 90 minutes, and it takes around fifteen minutes on average to fall asleep: waking up between two cycles helps you feel less groggy. These times are guidelines; listen to your own rhythm.

|---|---|
| 6 cycles (9 h) | 9:15 PM |
| 5 cycles (7.5 h) | 10:45 PM |

Frequently asked questions
How do I set an alarm for 6:30 AM?
6:30 AM is already filled in: press “Add alarm”, choose the repeat days if needed, then keep the tab open.
Does the alarm ring if I close the tab?
No: a web page cannot ring once it is closed, or while the device is asleep. Keep the tab open and the computer on. If an alarm was missed, it tells you when you come back.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes, as long as the screen stays on (enabled by default) and the phone is plugged in. For an alarm you cannot afford to miss, use your phone’s clock app.
